After finding out this secret, Peter seeks out the secret formulas after his uncle leaves on a trip to one of his "clients." As Peter discovers that the chemicals work best when absorbed into the human body via soaking in water, he heads to the college pool — where the women's swim team is practicing, which includes the redhead he has a crush on.

Issue 2:
Peter enacts his plan! Before his very eyes, breasts are growing, suits are ripping, and the local college’s pool decends into chaos. Hanna, a cute redhead that Peter has his eye on, also witnesses the transformations, but is not part of them — much to her dismay!
